1. What we collect
- Résumé content you submit. Text or files you upload (or paste) so we can generate feedback, plans, or related outputs.
- Usage data. Basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited — collected to operate and improve the Service.
- Optional contact information. If you email us or sign up for updates, we collect the address and any details you choose to share.
2. How we use it
- To generate the feedback, plans, and outputs you requested.
- To operate, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Résumé content retention
We process résumé content only as long as needed to produce your result and operate the Service. We do not sell résumé content, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. Where possible, we delete or de-identify résumé content after the session ends.
4. AI processing
The Service uses large language models to analyze résumé content and generate outputs. Some processing may occur via third-party model providers under contracts that prohibit them from using your content to train their general-purpose models.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working (e.g. remembering your theme preference) and to understand aggregate usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some parts of the Service may not function as intended.
6. Sharing
We share information only:
- with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, model providers, payment processors), under appropriate confidentiality terms;

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Service.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
